An explanation of Fitness Mode

In this mode, you begin by entering your weight and a fitness goal: either play time or calories burned. After you enter your information, you can choose one of three different play types. You can either choose individual song, marathon courses, or a completely random set of songs. Navigate the menu to make your selection by using UP, DOWN, LEFT or RIGHT.

While you play, your calories burned will be tabulated instead of a score. You cannot fail while playing this mode. You only finish playing once your goal is met.

After you complete your goal, the result screen will be shown. This displays a graph showing how many calories were burned, your goal target, and your highest combo.
